Mother Runner is a mother and baby running group.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never ran before or it’s something you do anyway, this club is for mummies who want to get fit, maybe lose weight, find some head space, meet fellow mums and get out of the house!
You start with a power walk warm up to Oughtonhead Common ( around 7/8 minutes). Once safely in the Common there’s a nice run with baby and buggy. You run for a maximum of 20 minutes (this is a beginners group so a plod!) before returning to The Angels
There is a weekly reserved table / area next to the play area at The Angels to feed babes, drink coffee or eat breakfast / brunch and generally meet other mummies. There is space for pushchairs/ buggies and the support of the manager.
